A U-Value is a measure of air-to-air heat transmission (loss or gain) due to thermal conductance and the difference in indoor and outdoor temperatures. As the U-Value decreases, so does the amount of heat transferred through the material. The lower the U-Value, the better.
To satisfy clients needs for greater sustainability and thermal efficiency, a u-value calculator has been made available, providing specific thermal performance relating to the GEOPET range of composite door styles and sizes.
